The basic element consists of a steel and aluminium construction, with the bathroom fitted with glass and Trespa panels. Inside each Cubi is a wall, containing the ‘infrastructure’ for service connections. Adaptation to comply with local requirements, such as drain diameters or electricity standards, is easy.

A passage with a door that meets the minimal dimensions is required for delivery, after which construction of the Cubi in the room is completed within eight hours. The dimensions of the Cubi depend on the selected type and the number of elements.
